1992 年受国务院委托，我会负责中国的友好城市管理工作，并于当年5 月召开了中国国际友好城市联合会成立大会，至2012 年共召开4 次中国国际友好城市大会。
Entrusted by the State Council, the CPAFFC began to take charge of managing Chinese friendship cities in 1992. It held a conference to establish the China International Friendship Cities Association (CIFCA) in May of the same year. China International Friendship Cities Conference has been held four times until the end of 2012.
